Set back in from the street it overlooks a leafy courtyard, allowing
you to relax in peace after a busy day's sightseeing.
It's centrally located - just ten minutes' walk to the Louvre, Pompidou
Centre, Pont Neuf and the Picasso Museum. It's five minutes from
Chatelet RER station for the fast train service to CDG airport and
three minutes' walk to Étienne Marcel or Sentier metro stations.

The 35 square metres apartment comprises a living room,
fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, bathroom and a small study.
It's on the 4th floor (no lift, sorry) and its five windows overlook the
courtyard of this 18th century building.
Recently renovated to a very high standard, it has double-glazed
windows throughout, which flood the apartment with light. It has a
fully-tiled bathroom with powerful shower and heated towel rail.
The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The sofa in the
living room converts to a full-size double bed so that the apartment can
sleep 2-4 people comfortably.
Payment:
We accept several methods of payment, including credit
cards via the secure PayPal online payment system (please
ask for details).
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is
required within 5 days of booking. The advance payment will
be applied toward the rent.

Staying in Rue Greneta means that you can walk to most of the
famous sights of Paris. Just a few minutes' walk away, you will find
the Louvre, the Palais Royal gardens and the Place des Victoires.
Or visit the Pompidou Centre and many small boutiques featuring
the designs of new and upcoming designers on your way to the
Marais.
Feeling hungry? There are more than 50 restaurants and cafés
within 500 metres of the apartment, many with a chalkboard menu
and outside dining to entice passerby. The daily market along the
pedestrianised rue Montorgueil is at the heart of this gourmet
neighbourhood and Parisians travel from surrounding
arrondissements for its range and high quality.
